I am currently finishing my dissertation, and will defend my doctoral thesis in Spring 2025.
My research foci include environmental sociology, social movements, and social network analysis. I am particularly interested in human-nature interactions in relation to climate change, biodiversity, and human and animal welfare. My work is funded by the Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC).
I am a member of the Climate & Society Lab at UBC and the Climate Social Science Network (CSSN) headquartered at Brown University.
